熒光原位雜交( FISH )技術(shù)是檢測生物樣本中特定核酸靶標(biāo)的有效工具。核酸靶標(biāo)的原位檢測是通過互補(bǔ)序列的熒光染料標(biāo)記的核酸探針與樣品雜交實(shí)現(xiàn)的。Readilink iFluor ® 647 FISH熒光成像試劑盒是使用iFluor 647標(biāo)記的FISH探針通過原位雜交標(biāo)記目標(biāo)DNA的便捷工具。該試劑盒提供Taq DNA聚合酶,通過聚合酶鏈?zhǔn)椒磻?yīng)( Polymerase Chain Reaction,PCR )將iFluor ® 647 - dUTPs摻入目標(biāo)DNA中。我們的iFluor 染料比傳統(tǒng)的熒光標(biāo)記物更亮、更穩(wěn)定,提供了所需的分辨率和信號(hào)。
